What problem do you strive to overcome?

Have you ever felt curious about therapy, but weren’t sure how to start? Maybe you feel like you want a safe place to be seen and heard, have a specific change you want to make, or something you want to understand more about yourself?

I’m so glad you’re here. Together in my work with clients, I strive to establish a meaningful therapeutic relationship that is based on trust, empathy, and collaboration. I tailor my approach individually to clients and ensure that you are empowered to make steps toward your goals in a way that feels best for you.

Using a variety of therapeutic methods and tools, together we can discover connections between the ways you think, feel and act, find new ways to cope with unhelpful patterns, and create changes that help you feel more like you- all while having a smile, a cry or a laugh on the way!
