What problem do you strive to overcome?

Clients who are experiencing difficulties in daily life and who have been impacted by trauma across various stages of their lives. I support individuals who are ready to process these experiences and cultivate greater calm, clarity, and stability.

My practice is grounded in a holistic, person-centered approach. Drawing on an attachment lens, experiential methods, and trauma-informed principles, I develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming therapeutic environment. I prioritize working at the client’s pace and fostering a strong therapeutic relationship that supports growth, healing, and movement toward self-actualization.
