Kalyssa Matheson

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
M.A., R.P. (Qualifying)

What problem do you strive to overcome?

At times, we might experience the constant pressure of falling behind in our daily responsibilities, navigating difficulties within personal connections, or carrying a heavy sense of low self-worth. In moments when everyday challenges feel taxing, finding space to pause, reflect on our feelings, and uncover what essential support is missing becomes difficult.

I take a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy—you bring the goals, I’ll bring the evidence-based treatments! Together, we’ll work to create a therapeutic experience that feels supportive, practical, and tailored to you.

I strive to create a safe space where you can show up authentically and slow down. It is my goal that you will leave therapy with clarity, next steps, and feeling heard.
